If you are ill, seeking health advice and both your pharmacy and doctor’s surgery are closed – during the evening, at weekends or on public holidays

you can call NHS 24 on 08454 24 24 24 to access the confidential telephone health advice and information service;

or visit the NHS inform website for health advice including self help guide and health encyclopedia.

If you have a prescription that has been marked urgent by the doctor, NHS24 will be able to advise you how to get this prescription dispensed.
